Service Fees and Refunds
Our service fees cover the time, expertise, and coordination provided by our shopping consultants. These fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Refund Eligibility
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial or full refunds if:
- We failed to deliver services as described and agreed upon
- There was a significant error or oversight on our part
- Services were cancelled by us prior to delivery
- Technical issues prevented service delivery
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Changes in personal preference after service completion
- Dissatisfaction with items purchased from third-party retailers
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled services
- Services already rendered and completed
Product Returns
Items purchased from retailers during our shopping assistance sessions are subject to each retailer's individual return policy. We do not process returns for products sold by third parties.
Return Assistance
As part of our ongoing support, we can assist with:
- Understanding retailer return policies
- Coordinating return appointments when applicable
- Communicating with retailers on your behalf
- Processing return documentation
Please note that return assistance is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee acceptance of returns by individual retailers.
Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your shopping assistance appointment:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund of service fee
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund of service fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund
Service-Initiated Cancellations
If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any concerns about our services fairly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service:
- Contact us within 7 days of the service date
- Provide specific details about your concerns
- Allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue
We will review your concerns and respond within 5 business days with a proposed resolution. Our goal is to find a fair solution that addresses your concerns while reflecting the services provided.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service fee.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
